This policy explains what WeKoded collects through wekoded.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use our support form we receive your name, email address, store URL, the theme you are asking about, your message and any files you attach. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How we use it

• To answer your support request and follow up on it.
• To improve our themes and documentation, based on the questions people ask.

We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it.

How long we keep it

Support emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than two years after your last message.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by writing to support@wekoded.com.

Shopify stores

Our themes run on Shopify. Information your customers enter in your store is handled by Shopify and by you as the store owner, not by WeKoded.
